This is Master Kataka Gara. I have created this program for you, so you can experience and receive Reiki Sound Healing.

I use a rare and unique instrument, called the handpan and I intend for you to receive healing when you listen to the music and watch the videos.

In this program which included 7 meditation videos, I’ve shared with you an ancient practice of meditating with intention, while focusing on the energies of each of the four cardinal directions and the three spiritual directions.

Cardinal directions are the four main points of a compass: north, south, east, and west. The spiritual directions are Above: Father Sky; Below: Mother Earth; and the Here and Now (The Center of Self).

This sacred practice of meditating with intention while focusing on a direction has been used the world over, not only by the native indigenous tribes of the Americas, but also in pagan and wiccan communities across Europe, to the original tribes in Asia and Africa.

Humans have used the concept of connecting to the directions as part of a spiritual practice throughout the centuries.

This practice has been updated to the current era, combining meditation, intentional manifestation, Reiki, and sound healing with the handpans.

Every song in each video was recorded specifically to send a blast of positive Reiki healing energy to you, simply by listening to the sounds of the handpan.
